The “Flights avail segment” report contains information about a status of flight resources. The information is grouped by route segments.

To view the “Flights avail segment” report:

1. Select Reports → Flights avail segment.

2. Fill in the search criteria form and proceed to the search.

The following information is presented for each segment:

  • Flight — flight number
  • Date — date in the DD.MM.YYYY format
  • Frequency — numerical designation of the day of the week (1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, etc.)
  • Segment — designation of a route segment
  • Route
  • Sale status
  • Ovboverbooking on segment
  • Dep time, Arr time
  • Configuration — AC sale configuration
  • Cabin — cabin name
  • CabinSegCapsale cabin capacity on a segment
  • FreeSegBkd — number of booked seats in free sale space in a cabin on a segment
  • SSPSegBkd — number of booked seats in all special spaces in a cabin on a segment
  • TotalSegBkd — total amount of booked seats in a cabin on a segment
  • AV — number of available seats for free sale
  • BWL — total count of individual bookings on waitlist
  • GrWL — count of group bookings on waitlist
