Flight Information

“Flight information” report contains state of a flight schedule for specified depth in calendar view. You may proceed to the inventory screen of the flight for a selected date.

To view the “Flight information” report:

1. Select Reports → Flight information. The window of the selection parameters of the “Flight information” report will be presented.

2. Fill in the search criteria form рand proceed to the search. The report by the specified selection parameters will be presented.

In the upper part of the window information about flight schedule for a date or a period is presented:

Period type
Flight
Period — schedule period and frequency (day of the week)
Nmb of flights
Route
I/D
Service type
Configuration
Lock — mark of a locked entry. An entry is locked if while a user is viewing a report some actions are being performed with a corresponding system object (e.g., changes are being saved).

In the middle and lower parts of the window information about flight resources and sale status are presented as a calendar with a legend.

Calendar legend

Symbol	Value
	The flight is carried out and open for sale
	The flight is scheduled, but no inventory has been created
	Marketing flight date is beyond flight creation depth
	The flight is carried out, but it is closed for sale
	The flight is carried out and open for sale except some of its segments
	No flight is carried out
	The date is not related to the requested period
	Current date

You may view the information in a tabular form. Such view is similar to the “List of flights” report. To switch the view press View button in the upper right corner of the screen and select Table. To return to calendar view select Calendar.

To proceed to the flight inventory screen double click on the date in the calendar. The flight inventory screen will be presented in a new tab.
