Closed Flights

The “Flights closed for sale” report contains information about on which flights ticket sale is closed. Information about closed flights is provided on each day of the specified range.

To view the “Closed flights” report:

1. Select Reports → Closed flights. The window of the selection parameters of the “Flights closed for sale” report will be presented.

2. Fill in the search criteria form and proceed to the search. The report by the specified selection parameters will be presented.

The report contains the following information on the selected flights:

  • Flight — flight number
  • Date — date in the DD.MM.YYYY format
  • Frequency — numerical designation of the day of the week (1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday etc.)
  • Route — designation of a route
  • Dep time — departure time
  • Arr time — arrival time
  • Agreement — information about a codeshare agreement — Type of the agreement (FS — free sale, BS — blockspace), carrier participation type (flight number of a marketing or partner or flight operator is stated), e.g. OP:BS:AK-11 — AK-11 is flight operator due to a blockspace agreement
  • Configuration — AC sale configuration
  • Sale status — a sale status on a flight or a segment. If at least one of route segments of a flight is closed, then Segment is closed value is displayed
  • Lock — mark of a locked entry. An entry is locked if while a user is viewing a report some actions are being performed with a corresponding system object (e.g., changes are being saved).
