Inventory Screen

Inventory screen of a flight is a screen which displays conditions of inventory on flight segments at the moment. The inventory screen is the main instrument of managing flight inventory in the System.

To proceed to the inventory screen of a flight:

1. Select Inventory→Flight in the main menu. The flight search form will be presented.

2. Specify flight number and departure date.

3. Press Search. The inventory screen of the flight with the specified parameters or a message, which contains information that this flight was not found, will be presented.

The inventory screen is presented on a figure below. The functional areas of the inventory screen are numbered.

It is possible to proceed to the inventory screen while viewing a schedule of a flight for the specific date.

Inventory Screen Settings

In the Actions → Settings you may configure which fields are shown on the inventory screen, and hide the other.

Inventory Control Panel

Designation of buttons located on the inventory control panel is presented in the table.

	Refreshing information about the inventory of a flight
	Recalculating values of the seat availability parameters
	Switching information view mode on inventory in SSPs and free sale space
	Actions on flight inventory, receiving reports and others
	Saving the parameters of flight inventory after modifying their values on the inventory screen
	Viewing information on flight inventory (booking amount) given to the marketing partner under the terms of any codeshare partnership. The view is available for the flight operator
