Ancillaries, or SSR, are provided for passengers of a cabin on a leg of a flight.

Each carrier may set its own list of SSRs for the flights. SSR are assigned to flights via «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule.

For SSR to be assigned to a flight, it should be included into the SSR list.

There are three modes of SSR confirmation:

  • Auto confirm — SSR is automatically confirmed with no limits
  • Quote request — SSR is automatically confirmed within specific quota. If SSR quota is exceed in request, then such request needs to be confirmed manually. If in the «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule SSR quota equals zero or is not stated, then this SSR is provided by request.
  • Quota cancel — SSR is automatically confirmed within specific quota. If SSR quota is exceed in request, then such request will be automatically cancelled.
Important.png For SSR STCR only Quota request and Quota cancel options are available. On trying to set auto confirmation for this SSR, an error message will be presented: SSR STCR cannot have automatic confirmation.

On a flight delayed with date change SSRs are not requested again. In such case, SSRs are moved to the new segment (with a suffix) with the same confirmation status as was at a moment of re-accommodation.

On changing segment status, SSR and RFISC statuses change according to the confirmation mode set in the Carrier Settings and Business-rules sections. Business-rules settings are prior to the Carrier settings.

SSRs are assigned to flights via «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule.

To view SSR & RFISC quotas, click Actions → SSR & RFISC Quotas on the Inventory screen.
