Ancillaries Settings
Ancillaries, or SSR, are provided for passengers of a cabin on a leg of a flight.
Each carrier may set its own list of SSRs for the flights. SSR are assigned to flights via «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule.
For SSR to be assigned to a flight, it should be included into the SSR list.
There are three modes of SSR confirmation:
- Auto confirm — SSR is automatically confirmed with no limits
- Quote request — SSR is automatically confirmed within specific quota. If SSR quota is exceed in request, then such request needs to be confirmed manually. If in the «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule SSR quota equals zero or is not stated, then this SSR is provided by request.
- Quota cancel — SSR is automatically confirmed within specific quota. If SSR quota is exceed in request, then such request will be automatically cancelled.
On a flight delayed with date change SSRs are not requested again. In such case, SSRs are moved to the new segment (with a suffix) with the same confirmation status as was at a moment of re-accommodation.
On changing segment status, SSR and RFISC statuses change according to the confirmation mode set in the Carrier Settings and Business-rules sections. Business-rules settings are prior to the Carrier settings.
SSRs are assigned to flights via «SSR & RFISC Quota» business rule.
To view SSR & RFISC quotas, click Actions → SSR & RFISC Quotas on the Inventory screen.
The following rows are marked with grey color:
- SSR not mentioned in Service Settings but added to PNR
- SSRs which were provided before, but now purged from Service settings and SSR&RFISC Quotas business rule, or from settings only, in case a business rule is not configured.
