The check-in closing may be carried out only when a flight status switches into the Check-in closing status. To close check-in, it is required to click Close/Ctrl+F12. The flight status is changed into the Closed status. The additional window with the request for printing flight documentation is presented on the screen (passenger or baggage registers).

Both registers are printed according to flight segments. The passenger register is printed:

  • For domestic flights in duplicate (1 copy)
  • For international flights in quadruplicate (3 copies).

The baggage register is printed in triplicate (2 copies) both for domestic and international flights. If there is no information about baggage, then the baggage register is not printed.
