Transportation Module

The Transportation functional module is intended for the work of the Passenger Transportation Department Supervisor. The Module consists of the PTD Supervisor main screen with the Daily Flight Plan, the Passengers screen with detailed information about each flight and the screen for entering re-routing of passengers in case of combining flights.

The Supervisor fulfills the following operations:

• manual flight status change, if necessary
• assignment of check-in desks for the flight
• assignment of gates
• if necessary, correction of the technological schedule of flight departure preparation
• in case of combining flights or layout change, re-boarding passengers from other classes and other flights
• control over check-in: number of checked and boarded passengers, number of pieces and weight of checked and carry-on baggage
• input of cargo and mail data
• control over the commercial load (availability of free tonnage)
• view of passenger list, preliminary seat assignment, if necessary (described in detail in the General Provisions).
