PNR statuses

PNR statuses:

  • ID1, RG1, DG1 – staff travel with airline seat booking
  • ID2, RG2, DG2 – passengers booked with the "SA check-in" status
  • WL – passengers on waiting list.

Searching and checking in passengers with the PNR given statuses are carried out in the "Passenger check-in" module when the "Reservation" status is set. The check-in of such passengers does not differ from the standard check-in procedure.

Check-in of passengers booked with "Space available" status (D2,RG2,DG2,WL)

Checking in passengers booked with the SA check-in status (D2, RG2, DG2, WL) is carried out when the SA check-in status is set.

Checking in passengers with the PNR given statuses is carried out only when the "SA check-in" status is set.

When searching for a passenger of this type when the Reservation status is set, the PNR status will be presented in the PNR column. When selecting the passenger, the "The passenger should be checked in with the "SA check-in status" remark will be presented.

List of passengers on a flight

When viewing a passenger list, if there are passengers with the PNR statuses: ID1, RG1, DG1, ID2, RG2, DG2, WL, a PNR status and priority are displayed in the PNR status column.

Counters on passengers with the SA check-in status (ID2, RG2, DG2, WL) are displayed separately.

PFS telegram

When creating a PFS telegram, passengers with the PNR ID2, RG2, DG2 statuses are displayed in the IDPAD group.

Passengers with the WL status displayed in the CFMWL group.
