Appendix 2. Check-in request format

An adult passenger group:

  • 1Surname/1Surname/…/1Surname
Passengers by one with each surname will be found under this request.
  • 3Surname
3 passengers with a specified surname will be found under this request. When searching by the list of a group of passengers with different surnames, a total number of passengers in the group and one of their surnames are specified.
  • 3Surname/Surname/Surname
A group of 3 passengers having specified surnames will be found under this request.
  • 3Surname/1Surname
3 passengers with the first surname and one passenger with the second surname will be found under this request.
  • 1Surname/3Surname
1 passenger with the first surname and 3 passengers with the second surname will be found under this request.

Passenger groups of different types:

  • NSSurname (NS is a numerical sequence from 1 to 4 figures which presents a number of passengers by types; a number of infants with seats/without seats are specified after the sign).
1-2 figures before a surname (2..99) Number of adult passengers (ADT)
3 figures before a surname First figure (0..9)- ADT

Second figure (0..9) – a number of children (CHD)

Third figure (0..9) – a number of infants (INF)

4 figures before a surname First 2 figures (10..99) – ADT

Third figure (0..9) – CHD

Fourth figure (0..9) – INF

1 variant (the current variant depends on settings of the system):

  • 10HARRINGTON: 10ADT
  • 211HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF with a seat
  • 211-1 HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF without a seat
  • 211+1 HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF with a seat +1INF without a seat

2 variant (the current variant depends on settings of the system):

  • 10HARRINGTON: 10ADT
  • 211HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF without a seat
  • 211-1 HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF with a seat
  • 211+1 HARRINGTON: 2ADT+1CHD+1INF without a seat +1INF with a seat

Groups in which the number ADT > 99 and/or CHD/INF > 9:

  • ADT/CHD/INF/Seats/Name (Seats present a number of seats occupied by the group).
Note.png In case of zero values of ADT, CHD, INF dividers of fields (/) are remained obligatory. The Seats field is filled in if there are children without seats in the group. Otherwise, the last divider (/) is not entered.
  • /40//SCHOOL: 40CHD
  • 5//20/20/KINDERGARTEN: 5ADT+20INF (5INF without a seat)

A passenger who is not presented in the list (NOREC):

  • -NSSurname (NS is not mandatory to specify, it is used only during group

check-in).
