Viewing check-in data and a list of checked passengers is carried out on the Passengers additional screen (Fig. 27). To display the Passengers screen, it is required to click Passengers/Ctrl+F9 in the Passenger check-in window (Fig. 2).

The description of the window fields:

1. Flight information

  • Flight: flight number
  • AC: aircraft type
  • Aircraft: aircraft number
  • Park.: parking number
  • Layout: cabin configuration (in accordance with a layout name set for this flight in the "Weight and balance information" module)
  • Route: route (city/airport codes) after an origin airport
  • Depart.: time of flight departure
  • Close: time of boarding close
  • Type: flight type
  • Status: flight status

2. Additional flight information

If changes of schedule parameters on a flight are entered (change of a type of an aircraft or a configuration, flight delay and so on).

3. Check-in results

Information about passengers checked for a given flight is displayed in this area. Check-in data is presented here. This data is changed and added in the process of checking in. This area is described in the "General provisions" instruction.

4. Passengers

A list of passengers on the screen always corresponds to data specified in the Check-in results area. When the pointer is rested on the Total row (summarized data on all classes), the total list of passengers checked for a flight in all classes is presented on the screen. If the pointer is rested on another row (not on the Total row), then the passenger list is filtered in accordance with the assigned mode.

A group of passengers checked together is marked with colour on the passenger list. The list is sorted by registration numbers of the passengers. If necessary, the sorting may be changed by double clicking the heading of the column by data of which it is required to carry out the sorting. It should be noted that the colour mark of the passenger group is kept only when sorting is carried out by registration number.

  • №: registration number of a passenger
  • Surname: full name of a passenger
  • Com.flight: number of commercial flight of a passenger
  • Dest.: destination point of a passenger
  • Trfr: through check-in
  • To dest: destination point of a transfer passenger
  • Cl: class
  • SCl.: subclass
  • S.№: seat number
  • Pas: passenger category
  • Pcs: number of baggage pieces
  • Weight: total baggage weight
  • H/B: total weight of hand luggage
  • Charg.: chargeable baggage weight
  • №№ bagtags: bag tag numbers
  • Remarks: passenger remarks
  • Ticket: ticket number
  • Document: number of a passenger ID

6. The buttons of the Passengers window


Check-in result filtration

When proceeding to the window with check-in results by using the "Passengers" button:

Check-in results may be split by using a filter. To proceed to the filter, it is required to click Data provision/F5:

The parameter description:

  • Class: splitting by service classes
  • Subclass group: splitting by service subclasses
  • Check-in zone: splitting by check-in zone
  • Flight direction: if a flight is transit, splitting by points of flight landing
  • Transfer direction: through check-in display on a flight
  • Check-in agent: splitting by check-in agents working on a flight
  • Check-in type: splitting by check-in types
  • TERMINAL: check-in at a check-in desk
  • WEB: check-in on an airline website
  • KIOSK: check-in at kiosks (self check-in)
  • Passenger status: splitting by passenger statuses
  • Reservation: passenger from PNL/ADL telegram
  • SA check-in: passengers from PNL/ADL telegram with ID status
  • Crew: crew check-in
  • TKT type: splitting by TKNA/TKNE
  • Passenger areas: splitting by a number of passengers in each AC area
  • Remarks: when selecting a check box with a required remark, splitting will be carried out by this remark. It is possible to select a multiple number of remarks.

The splitting is carried out by the Space key. The splitting cancellation is carried out by using this key too. After setting all parameters, it is necessary to click Determine/F5.

Flight activity log viewing

Flight activity log viewing is carried out from the Passenger check-in auxiliary screen (Fig. 27). To view an activity log, it is required to click Operations/F4.

The description of the operation list:

  • Agent/Ctrl+F4: selection of an agent name (from the drop-down list) to view operations carried out by this agent (if the field is blank, then operations of all agents are presented on the list)
  • Agent: name of an agent who carried out an operation in accordance with the user card index (if the field is blank, then the operation is carried out automatically)
  • Desk: name of a desk from which the operation was carried out (if the field is blank, then the operation is carried out automatically)
  • Time: date and time of the operation implementation
  • №: registration number of a passenger
  • Operation: description of an operation
  • Exit/ Esc: to close the operation list window
  • Refresh/ F3: to refresh the operation list (it is used if the window is open long enough)
  • Print/ F12: settling and printing the operation list (it is described in the "General provisions" instruction)

List of passengers on a flight

Viewing the passenger list is carried out from the Passenger check-in auxiliary window (Fig. 27). To start viewing, it is required to click PNL/F6. The window with the list of passengers on the flight will be presented (Fig. 31).

The description of the field of the Passenger list (PNL) window:

  • PNR: PNR number
  • Surname: surname, first name of a passenger
  • Pas.: passenger type
  • Cl.: class
  • SCl.: subclass
  • S. №: seat number (the green background if a seat is already assigned to a passenger, the blue background if the passenger is already checked in)
  • Reg №: registration number of a passenger (the green background if a seat is already assigned to a passenger, the blue background if the passenger is already checked in)
  • Dest: code of a destination point
  • To dest: code of a destination point of a transfer passenger
  • Ticket: ticket number
  • Document: number of an identification document
  • Additional remarks: passenger remarks on a row with information on which the pointer is rested
  • Total: number of passengers: ADT/CHD/INF
  • Exit: to exit from the "PNL" window
  • Cabin/F7: to view a cabin layout
  • Refresh/F3: to refresh data on the screen (it is used if the given window is open long enough)
  • Full/F4: full passenger list
  • Partial/F5: to create a selection from the passenger list (it is described in detail in the instruction on working with the "Preparation for check-in" module)
  • Print/F12: to print the passenger list (print settings are described in the "General provisions" instruction)

The passenger list may be sorted by a particular field or filtered by a particular value. These operations are described in detail in the instruction on working with the "Preparation for check-in" module.
