The report contains data about passengers grouped by flights (one flight, several flights or a row of flights numbers) for an operation period.

Search mechanism is as follows:

  • search among all flights of an airline
  • include passengers with or without contact and document information
  • search among flights with or without suffix in the number
  • include in the search passengers form cancelled flights.

Report Forming

To view the «Passengers for period report»:

1. Select Reports → Passengers for period. The window of the selection parameters of the “Flights closed for sale” report will be presented.

2. Fill in the search criteria form and proceed to the search. The report by the specified selection parameters will be presented.

Specify the following data:

  • Specify the carrier code and the flight number in the Flight field (required).
  • Specify the required period in the Period field (required).
  • Specify whether to include passengers in the selection, depending on the availability of contact information, in the Contacts field.
  • Specify whether to include passengers in the selection, depending on the availability of document data in the Documents field.
  • Specify SSR or RFISC codes (separated by commas) in the SSR field.
  • Set the FQT* flag to select and include in the search request the following SSRs: FQTV, FQTR, FQTU, FQTS (they are all selected by default when the FQT* flag is on).
Note.png Notice that if the Flight field is left unfilled, then the search will be held by all flights of the airline.

The following data is presented:

  • Last name First name
  • Category — category (an infant / child / adult)
  • Gender — gender
  • Birthdate — date of birth
  • Flight — flight number
  • Flight date — departure date
  • Route — route
  • PNR inv — PNR number in the inventory system
  • Mkt — marketing partner name for flights covered by a commercial agreement. Shown only if there are passengers of the Mkt partner in the list
  • PNR GDS - ID of the external system and the order number therein
  • Agency — code of an agency where booking was created
  • Date/Time booked - date and time of booking
  • RBD — booking class
  • Status — a PNR status: “Confirmed” (HK, TK), “Refusal” / “Removed from waitlist” (XX) or “Waitlist” (HL, TL), “Not Confirmed” (UN, UC, NO)
  • Ticket — ticket number
  • Document — unit: information about documents of a passenger:
    • Nationality
    • Type
    • Country
    • Number
    • Agent phone
  • Passenger phone
  • Fax
  • E-mail.

Filter Setting

To set filtration, click Filter button in the top right part of the screen. The filter window will be presented.

The following parameters are presented in the window:

  • Status — PNR status
  • Category of Pax — passenger category in a PNR
  • RBD — list of booking classes
  • External System — external system code (full or partial)
  • Ticket — availability of an issued ticket
  • Document — availability information about documents
  • Contact — PNRs in which contact information is specified.

To set a filter by any parameter, select a corresponding check box in the list and specify a value of the parameter on the right. Variants of parameter setting are presented in the table.

To apply filter conditions when creating a report, select the Use filter check box in the top right part of the screen.

As a result of the application of filter conditions, only PNRs which match the filter conditions will be displayed in the list.

To cancel the application of the filter conditions, clear the Use filter check box. All the PNRs which match the initial search conditions will be displayed in the list.
