Overbooking.

The event conditions: the booking exceeds cabin capacity or allowed overbooking level by automatic processing of seat request or manual seat confirmation. Solution: edit the cabin capacity according to the amount of booked seats. Deadline: 36 hours after flight departure. Deletion: manual or by deadline.

If the flight resource is edited and the negative seat availability is resolved, but the event message is not deleted (manually) from the queue 32, then the message will not be formed again during the repeated resale
