Processing Parameters

At the moment, all sound duplicate PNRs remain active (are not annuled), a notificaton is sent to the queue.

Actions that are to be applied to the found duplicate bookings are set in the Processing tab.

The following parameters are set:

Parameter	Mandatory	Description
Cancel booking for group	No	Voiding bookings in a specific group
A list of voiding criteria	Yes, if voiding is on	Select criteria to choose which PNR will be void: With the earliest booking date With the earliest departure date With the latest departure date With the cheapest RBD
Do not void segment with ticket	No	If set, duplicate PNR with ticket will remain active (not void) and a notification will be sent to a queue

By default, all PNRs remain active and a notification about such PNRs is sent to a Inventory queue.

To apply changes, press Save.
