Black and White lists

This function allows setting up a PNR processing method containing data on passengers of the following categories:

  • passengers requiring special care on the part of the airline, e.g. VIPs;
  • passengers whose behaviour during flights of the carrier or at airports threatened life or safety of other passengers or members of the crew.

The set of criteria, on the basis of which decision on special processing of PNR is made; it is called White or Black list, correspondingly. These lists include data on passengers (full name, documents, etc.) and a PNR processing method containing such passenger data.

For PNR falling into the White list criteria, the following processing methods are available:

  • do not process PNR with such passenger data in Revenue Integrity;
  • add to queue for manual processing.

For PNR falling into the Black list criteria, the following processing methods are available:

  • cancel booking;
  • add PNR to queue for manual processing;
  • cancel and add to queue.
