For PFS processed PNRs, in case of passenger no-show for boarding you can set a method of analysis and processing the route sectors following the no-show segment.

The following parameters of this function are set:

  1. selection of no-show categories: NOSHO, OFFLN, OFFLK;
  2. selection of a method of analysis of the following segments:
a. by ticket: all segments, after the no-show segment with the same ticket number;
b. by time:
I. by the time range of waiting in an intermediate airport: route sectors after the no-show segment for which the time of waiting in the landing airport is lesser or equal to the set time;
II.by the en-route time range, from the departure time of the no-show segment: segments covered by a configurable time range from the departure of the no-show segment.

Options for processing of found segments:

  1. adding booking to queue;
  2. cancellation of segments;
  3. cancellation of segments and adding booking to queue.

Editing of PNR after PFS or Revenue-Integrity processing, which may cause ambiguous or disputable situations requiring consideration by an airline, will result in adding PNR to queue.

The base queue for PNR with no-show segments is 305 «Postprocessing PFS». Two types of events are added to this queue:

  1. RI_NoShowCnl – for PNRs processed as «cancel and add to queue»;
  2. RI_VerifyNoshow – for PNRs found by setting “add to queue” and PNRs, with respect to which no clear-cut decision on cancellation may be made based on set algorithms, and a final decision on processing requires the carrier's attention.

The function is set in the section Integrity → NO-SHOW postprocessing. The setting operates on the carrier's level.
