Several individual bookings with same route made by an agent within a short period of time are called implicit group booking.

The function is intended for finding implicit group bookings made by agents who are not allowed to make group bookings.

Several PNRs are considered as implicit group if:

  • booking time falls within the set interval until the last change of the analyzed order;
  • information about the booking agency matches;
  • segment information and other parameters specified in the settings matches (RBD, cabin - optional);
  • the number of unique passengers in all analyzed orders exceeds the number specified in the settings 1).

Upon finding implicit group booking, a message is sent to the 307 queue (RI_ImplicitGrp event).

The settings are made in the Integrity → Groups→ Implicit groups section.
