General Carrier Settings

To view and manage parameters of carrier general settings:

1. Select the menu section Business rules → Settings → Company settings.

The search form of an airline will be presented.

2. In the list, select an airline whose settings should be managed and click Search.

The view window of general settings of the selected airline will be presented.

Parameter Description Format
Cabins order List of cabins with names and designation and also a sequence order - a rating of cabins by a service level FCY
Raid create depth Number of days. A created flight schedule is active during this period Number from 1 to 730
Raid storage depth Number of days for the raid data storage after the raid departure Number from 7 to 61
Auto recap when booking is refused When the Inventory system sends refuse to the booking attempt, automatically send AVS Recap to the system from which the request is received AVS parameters:
  • Class
  • Segment/Date
  • Flight/Date
  • Not send
Involuntary refund ins chg shed Involuntary refund sign. A passenger receives 100% ticket cost for the ticket refund. The setting implements in the PNR and it is passed to the booking system in case of schedule change. The settings is the time in hours until/after the initial departure time when the involuntary refund sign will be implemented in the PNR in case of schedule change Number from 0 to 99. It is specified separately for the every period:
  • before the flight departure
  • after the flight departure.

Value 0/0 means that the parameter will not be set due to any schedule change except flight cancellation (in this case the parameter is set by default)

Number of infants in the seating block Maximum number of passengers with infants not occupying a seat within one seat block Possible values:
  • null — no control;
  • number from 1 to 4 — not more than the stated number.

Be default, parameter value is “1” - not more than one passenger with an infant not occupying a seat within one seat block

RFISC for paid SMS notification The RFISC code of the “Paid SMS notification” special service RFISC code
Default flight status Status which a flight accepts by default immediately after creating Two values:
  • Closed
  • Opened
Default rbd status Status which a booking class, created on a flight as a result of modifying a schedule, accepts by default Two values:
  • Closed
  • Opened
Group PNR autoconfirmation Automatic confirmation of group bookings. If the option is off, then group bookings from GDS are received in the “on request” status and need to be manually confirmed Yes/No
Seat request The parameter allows an agent to request a special seat in the AC while booking. The option is applicable only if there has been created a seat map for the flight and seats are sold with numbers Yes/No
Seats map request The parameter allows an agent to request a seat map of a flight Yes/No

To change values of the parameters:

1. Click Edit in the top right part of the window. The change parameter form of carrier general settings will be presented.

2. Specify values of the parameters as shown in the table above and click OK.
