The following algorithms define passenger from SSP re-accommodation:
- if a cabin or RBD containing an SSP was deleted from a flight, then PNRs from the SSP are rebooked to the free sale space according to re-accommodation rules
- if an RBD was deleted form an SSP but exists on a flight, then a booked seat is kept for a passengers, while authorized level and availability parameters in the deleted class are empty (zero). If a passenger from such class returns his ticket, then his seat is returned to SSP availability.
- if an SSP was deleted from a flight while service class and RDB are kept on a flight, then the booked PNRs are moved to the same RDB in free sale space with no re-accommodation. If the RBD was also deleted, then PNRs are rebooked to the free sale space according to re-accommodation rules
If for some reason a class of service or RBDs, where seats were booked from the special space, are removed from the flight, passengers are transferred according to the rules set for transferring passengers to the free sale space. If it is necessary to transfer passengers into a special space, you should do it manually from the PNR view window using the Transfer button, or by selecting necessary PNRs in the transfer plan and transfer them manually.
