SSP Rebooking
The rule defines the search criteria of alternate flights according to existing special spaces on a modified and alternate flights.
If there are orders on a flight's SSP, then the re-accomodation plan for them will include additional tabs with SSP names.
The separate SSP tab will be generated when SSP is existed on the flight during schedule change and the SSP marker was on the PNR segment.
The SSP rebooking business rule is used during alternate flight search for the segment with SSP.
In main menu select Business rules → Business rules → Re-accommodation → SSP rebooking → Create.
In the window left part, there are the business rule criteria:
- Special space name – the name of SSP from a modified flight. It is required to be specified. Only one SSP can be specified.
- Flight/Group – if a flight or flight group are not specified, then the rule will be applied to all airline flights.
- Period – if a period is not specified, then the rule is applied to the whole schedule depth.

It is allowed to set the period that begins from yesterday. For the period editing, the System sets yesterday as the period beginning by default. |
- Origin/ Destination – for the absent values, the rule is applied to all origin/destination points.
In the window right part, there are the business rule parameters:
- Acpt flights – flight numbers, flight number range or flight group can be specified. If the value is absent, then any flight can be estimated as the alternate flight.
- Special space name – only one SSP can be specified for an alternate flight as in the BR criteria. It is required to be specified.
- Allow overbooking in SSP – it allows overbooking in the specified SSP and it is not set by default.

If the business rule is created, then the System will estimate only flights specified in the parameters described above as an alternate flights. |
Seat availability in the specified SSP is processed using the following method:
- If there is not enough seats in the SSP, then the overbooking parameter from the rule is checked.
- If the overbooking is allowed, then the free sale space is checked for seat availability.
- If seats in the free sale space are not available, then the Cap oversell business rule is used.
- If there is not enough seats with all these steps, then the System will process the next flight.
- If all flights are processed and the sear search is not completed, then the search is finished, and the flight segment is left without the re-accomodation solution (the manual setup of alternate flight and SSP is required).

The use of the SSP rebooking business rule has no effect on other business rules from the Re-accommodation group. |
If the AV counter in SSP has a negative value, then the System generates the corresponding message in the 33 queue.
If the business rule is absent, then the System offers the free sale space on the alternate flight by default (the SSP marker will be absent).
The search for alternate flight with SSP can be performed manually. To do it, specify the SSP in the search window for an alternate flight in the re-accomodation plan.
If SSP is specified, then the search result will conists of alternate flights with this SSP.
