Booking classes set and order assigned for flight schedule publication in external systems are defined by this business rule.

The rule is assigned on a route leg.

In main menu, select Business rules → Business rules → Schedule. As a result, a business rule selection form will appear.

Select Flight publication business rule in the list.

To view already created business rules of this type, enter the search parameters and click OK. Search results will be presented as a list of business rules.


To create a new business rule, press the Create button. As a result, a business rule creation form will appear.

Mandatory fields are marked in the picture above.

The following criteria of the rule are mandatory:

  • Carrier code
  • Starting and ending dates of rule validity period.
Tip.png It is allowed to set the period that begins from yesterday. For the period editing, the System sets yesterday as the period beginning by default.

The following criteria of the rule are optional:

  • Flight or group of flights.

Value of the External system parameter is specified by two / three-symbolic GDS code or codeshare of partners for which settings in the “External systems” section are created.

Value may be specified manually or by selecting from the list.

Content of the rule:

RBD Booking classes range (it contains all booking classes for all cabins). Booking class name contains one roman letter. While listing, booking classes are separated by commas without gaps Mandatory

Auto-Recap in booking refusal In case the inventory system denies to provide seats, this parameter allows adjust the AVS Recap to automatically send seats availability data to the system from which the request came Optional
Excluded In-Flight services Specified in-flight service codes are excluded from schedule telegrams published in the corresponding external system. The specified codes are excluded from DEI No. 503. While listing, service codes are separated by commas Optional
Exclude service types of flights from publication Specified flight's service types are excluded from publication in external system Optional
Publishing Schedule If it is not marked then a schedule is not published Optional
Publishing Avail AVS To send an AVS message Optional
Publishing Avail NAVS To send a NAVS message Optional
Publishing Avail MAS To send a MAS message (seat availability data for publication in distribution systems) Optional
Strict level Value of seat availability. Messages containg this value are sent in case of sufficient seat availability if the “Flight publication” rule is not created Optional

Fill out the form and click the Save button.

Tip.png To add another business rule press the Add rule button. As a result, another business rule creation form will appear.

As a result, a complete list of business rules will be displayed, including the newly created rule that will be applied to the selected flight or a flights group.
