The «Fictitious names» function is designed to identify bookings containing the following data:
- names of the passengers matching the list set by the carrier;
- fictitious names;
- celebrities' names;
- data indicated in the form of a suspicious sequence of characters (for example,
qweiop8h3ttt).
Bookings containing the specified data can be processed in the following ways:
- cancel;
- add to queue for processing;
- add SSR.
The following operations are available to the user:
- setting a list of fictitious names of the carrier;
- indication of the method for processing the found bookings.
Lists of fictitious names and celebrities' names are determined in the system and are not available for viewing and editing.
The work with the function is carried out in the section Integrity → Fictitious names. A list of names that will be considered fictitious can be set in subsection List. The method for processing the found bookings at the carrier level can be set in the Processing subsection.
