Users have access to viewing and editing information in the System in accordance with role model.
Each user profile is defined by access levels and a role.
There are access levels as follows:
| Role | Comment |
|---|---|
| Superuser | A user with this role has rights on editing all information in the System. This role is assigned to a user only by another user with the same role |
| A user with access rights to edit information of a different level | Operations, which are allowed to this user according to assigned rights, are available for this user |
| A user without any rights to carry out operations in the System | only the operation of synchronization of reference books is available for this user. All the information stored in the System is unavailable for this user |
Assigning rights to a user is carried out on creating an account.
Different access rights to the menu sections of the System may be combined into roles. A user role has the following attributes:
- Associating with an airline
- Name
- Access permission to different sections of the System:
- Access to view a section
- Access to change information of a section
- Specification on viewing a section about certain airlines and flights
- Specification on changing information on certain airlines and flights.
As access rights are set, you may apply role settings to a user profile and edit access parameters to specific System sections for the selected user with a role.
