Revenue.Integrity
Revenue.Integrity (further — the System, RI) is an analytics system, aimed at finding bookings which will not or may not be actually flown (further — “false” booking). Such bookings freeze seats on a flight, so it harms carrier's finances.
Using the System, a carrier may set an action which will be applied to “false” bookings: cancellation or sending to a queue a message to be processed manually by an operator who decides how to act with a PNR.
This way, “false” bookings may be cancelled on time and seats may be returned to sale.
Access to Revenue.Integrity is provided via Amber.Inventory interface on concluding supplementary agreement.
Actions with PNR are held out in Amber.Inventory system and then data is being sent to GDS and DCS via messages.
To apply RI function, special rules are configured. A rule contains criteria and search range for searching “false” bookings. Analytic functions are applied to PNRs which are found within this specified range.
Settings equal for all carrier's time-limit rules are as follows:

- c. Booking agent's time zone
- 3. Action to be applied to PNR (“false” booking) as time-limit is over:
