The terminal interface has a queue processing mechanism.

The list of queues is determined by the host. To go to the queues, select the appropriate section in the header of the site - "Queue".

The page information is presented in the form of 2 tables:

- The table on the left displays the list of queues: queue number, its name, queue event counters.
- The table on the right displays the list of events in the selected queue from the left table. Sorting is by default by the "Deadline" value:

Events in the queue can be searched:

- by PNR number,
- by Departure date - date range,
- by Flight number,
- by Passenger last name.

By clicking on the line with the record of the event, the user passes to the order, for which this event is created, where he has to process the event for this order. The order can be in several queues at the same time if several events are created for it.

To process the events, the order has a data block by the queues to which it is attached with an indication of the events due to which it is in the given queue.

The user can remove the order from the queue by removing the event from it using the "Remove" button, or move the order to another queue, thus creating an event there, using the "Change queue" button. When you click this button, a window opens for entering the number or name of the queue to which it is moved. The order leaves the original queue, closes the event on the order in this queue and creates an event in the new queue where the order is moved.

For ease of navigation from the current queue order, the user can switch to the next/previous queue or return to the list of the specific queue.
