The "Types of telegrams" table
The given table presents a list of telegrams which may be formed in the system.
The description of the Types of telegrams table fields:
- Type: an international code of a telegram type
- Type (LAT): an international code of a telegram type in Latin
- Name: a name of a telegram type
- Name (LAT): a name of a telegram type in Latin

a telegram requires manual editing,NO:
a telegram is formed automatically.
The "Senders of output telegrams" table
Information about an address in DCS Amber from which output telegrams are sent is specified in the table.
The description of the table columns:
- А/L: an airline code
- А/P: an airport code
- IATA address: an address from which a telegram is being sent
- Double signature: a signature of a telegram when sending
- Teleg type: a telegram type (for which type of telegrams an address is active)
- From: a start date of sending
- To: an end date of sending
- Agreement #: a company with which an agreement on sending is concluded.
The "Addresses of output telegrams for commercial flights" table
The table with settings for forming telegrams for code-share flights defines a type of information and types of output telegrams which will be formed on a code-share flight by commercial carriers.
The description of the table columns:
- Type: a type of an output telegram (a required type is selected by using the F1 key). The following types of telegrams are formed for commercial carriers:
- А/L comm.: a code of the commercial carrier (it is entered manually or selected from the reference book by using the F1 key)
- Comm. flight: a number of a flight of a specified airline
- From: a code of a departure airport of a code-share flight (it is entered manually or selected from the reference book by using the F1 key)
- To: a code of an arrival airport (it is entered manually or selected from the reference book by using the F1 key)
- IATA addresses: a list of addresses to send telegrams. Seven-digit addresses of the SITA network containing only Latin letters and figures are specified separated by a space. It is possible to specify only first five characters. In this case, as the last two characters, the system will add an airline code (in Latin) of that flight for which the telegram is formed automatically.
- Comm. heading: by settings of which airline the heading of a telegram will be formed (a required parameter is selected by using the space key):
YES
– a commercial flight is specified in the heading of a created telegram,NO
– an actual flight is specified in the heading of a created telegram. - Lat.: a language of forming a telegram:
YES
– a telegram is formed in Latin fully,NO
– a telegram is formed in mixed coding (both Cyrillic and Latin). - Center: a code of a booking center (it is entered manually or selected from the reference book by using the F1 key).
The "Addresses of output telegrams" table
The given table contains addresses for telegrams which are formed in the system.
The description of the table columns:
- Type: a type of an output telegram
- А/L: an airline code
- Flight: a number of a flight of a specified airline
- From: a code of a departure airport
- To: a code of an arrival airport
- IATA addresses: a list of addresses to send telegrams. Seven-digit addresses of the IATA network containing only Latin letters and figures are specified separated by a space. It is possible to specify only first five characters. In this case, as the last two characters, the system will add an airline code (in Latin) of that flight for which the telegram is formed automatically.
- LAT.: a language of a sent telegram:
YES
– Latin,NO
– mixed. - Center: a code of a booking center (it is selected from the card index of booking centers which is maintained by developers).
The "Automatic dispatch of telegrams" table
The given table is intended for specifying prohibition on automatic dispatch of messages. The example of the table is presented in Figure Figure 18.
The description of the Automatic dispatch of telegrams table columns:
- Type: a type of an output telegram
- А/L: an airline code
- Flight: a number of a flight of a specified airline
- From: a code of a departure airport
- To: a code of an arrival airport
- Off: the indication of disabling automatic dispatch of telegrams:
YES
– OFF,NO
– ON.
