The "Airlines currency exchange rates" table
The given table presents a list of currency rates specified by airlines.
The description of the table columns:
- А/L: an airline code
- 1st currency: a value of the first currency
- Code: a currency code
- 2nd currency: a value of the second currency
- Code: a currency code
- From: a start date of currency validity
- To: an expiration date of currency validity
- Additionally: a free comment.
When entering a new row:
- a validity period of currency rates, in which currency codes will coincide with parameters specified in the new row, will be changed.
- validity of a new exchange rate will start from 0 hours of a specified date if the date of the new period is greater than today's date.
- validity of a new exchange rate will start from the current period of time if a date of a new period coincides with today's date.
The "Airline baggage rules" table
The given table presents a list of free baggage allowances specified by an airline and used in the system as well as their validity periods.
The description of the table columns:
- А/L: an airline code
- From: a code of an origin point
- To: a code of an arrival point
- Cat.: a code of a passenger category
- Cl.: a class
- AС: a code of an aircraft type
- F type: a flight type
- Baggage: a code of a baggage category (if it is not filled in, then it means regular baggage)
- Norm: a type of a baggage norm
- Pcs: a number of pieces for free baggage
- Weight: weight of free baggage (kg) (it is connected with the 1st place column)
- 1st place: it defines a value in the Weight column (it is filled in if the Weight column is specified):
YES– weight of one piece of free baggage is specified in the Weight column,NO– total weight of free baggage is specified in the Weight column. - From: a start date of validity of a free baggage norm
- To: an expiration date of validity of a free baggage norm
- Additionally: a comment (free text)
A value that is included in data of the Airline baggage rules table is similar to a value that is included in data of the Basic baggage rules table. Data relating to a particular airline makes sense when checking in for flights of this airline is carried out.
The "Airlines baggage fares" table
The given table presents a list of fares for excess baggage transportation specified by an airline and used in the system as well as their validity periods.
The description of the table columns:
- А/L: an airline code
- From: a code of an origin point
- To: a code of an arrival point
- Cat.: a code of a passenger category
- Cl.: a class
- AС: a code of an aircraft type
- F type: a flight type
- Baggage: a code of a baggage category (if it is not filled in, then it means regular baggage)
- From: a start date of validity of a baggage fare
- To: an expiration date of validity of a baggage fare
- Fare: a fare amount (mandatory for filling in. It may not be filled in if a validity period of a fare has expired)
- Currency: a currency fare code
- Min. weight: minimum weight of excess baggage to which a fare is applied (if it is not filled in, then it is 1 kg).
- Additionally: a comment (free text).
A fare value may be equal to 0 in any currency. In this case, baggage calculated at this fare will be free. If a fare is not specified or may not applied to one of baggage types (if the minimum weight specified in the fare exceeds the checked in weight), then the baggage is equated with excess baggage and is calculated at excess baggage fares.
When entering a new row:
- a validity period of those baggage fares in which origin/arrival points, a passenger category, a class, an aircraft type, a flight type and a code of a baggage category coincide with parameters specified in the new row will be changed.
- validity of a new period of activity of baggage fares will start from 0 hours of a specified date if the date of the new period is greater than today's date.
- validity of a new period of activity of baggage fares will start from the current period of time if a date of a new period coincides with today's date.
A value that is included in data of the Airline baggage fares table is similar to a value that is included in data of the Basic baggage fares table. Data relating to a particular airline makes sense when checking in for flights of this airline is carried out.
