2. Click Create. The schedule creation form will be presented:

3. Specify a flight number;

Tip.png Tips for flight number assigning:
  • It is recommended to assign numbers to scheduled passenger flights in the range from 0001 to 8999, thus insignificant zeros may be ignored.
  • It is recommended to assign numbers to charter flights in the range from 9000 to 9999.
  • Odd numbers, as a rule, are assigned to flights performed from base airports.
  • The following numbers are recommended to assign to flights performed on a roundtrip route: an odd number is assigned to an outbound direct flight and an even number is assigned to an inbound flight (this number is one unit more than a direct flight number).
  • The identical numbers of flights which differ only in suffixes are recommended to assign on the same air line.

4. Specify a route by airport codes sequence. None of route points should be specified more than once, except for the case, when the origin route point coincides with the destination point (the off point of the route). 5. Press Enter on the keyboard. The flight schedule management form will be presented.

Flight with Several Routes

To create a flight schedule with several routes for different flight periods:

1. Create flight schedule with one route; 2. Click Add route in the schedule creation form. The field for parameter values of the second route will be presented:

3. Repeat the steps for all the routes and press Enter on the keyboard. The flight schedule management form will be presented.

A flight with one number may have several routes in different schedule periods. Herewith, the flight cannot be performed along different routes within one day.

Important.png A flight with the same number can be performed only once a day.
Tip.png Numbers of created routes should correlate with departure / arrival time and aircraft types, for example:

There are two flight routes with the following parameters:

  • Route-1 is performed by two different aircrafts within different periods.
  • Route-2 is performed within different periods and with two different times of departure and arrival.
In this case, it is required to create four routes.

After the route is specified, proceed to configuring flight period and schedule parameters.
