Obtaining Statistical Reports

To generate a statistical report, specify its parameters (airline designator or airport code, the period or a particular date).

Airline designator or airport code to be specified in the respective boxes. It is possible to obtain a statistical report based either on the airline designator or the airport code. It is also possible to get a report about flights of a particular airline from a particular airport. To obtain such statistics, input the airline designator + airport code.

You can either type an airline designator or airport code or select them from the Index by pressing F1. If neither airline designator nor airport code is specified, you will obtain the statistics for all airlines and airports.

Date or Period to be specified in the respective boxes. You can either type the dates or select them in the popup calender which will open if you click on the arrow button in the upper right corner. To obtain statistics for some period, at first press the key combination Ctrl+F9 or place the cursor in one of the boxes of the period by mouse click. To obtain statistics for a particular date, at first press F9 or place the cursor in one of the Date box by mouse click.

To generate statistics, click on Perform button or press F3. When a statistical report is generated, you can print it out by clicking on Print or pressing F12.

The dispay of the statistics depends on the user rights:

  1. If the user has an access to an airline "UT", then if he or she enters a designator of another airline, the reply for statistical request will be «No data».
  2. If the user has an access to an airport "TJM", then if he or she enters a code of another airport, the reply for statistical request will be «No data».
  3. If the user is bound neither to airline nor to airport, he or she may enter any airport or airline (in conformity with the reference list F1).
  4. If the user has an access to one airline and no restrictions in respect of airports, he or she may enter any value in the A/P code column (in conformity with the reference list F1).
  5. If the user has an access to one airport and no restrictions in respect of airlines, he or she may enter any value in the A/L Designator column (in conformity with the reference list F1).
  6. If both airline designator and airport code are entered, but there is no statistics for the specified combination in the indicated period, the reply will be «No data».

Comprehensive Report

The description of report fields:

  • A/L Designator – airline designator in accordance with the Airline Index
  • A/P Code – airport code in accordance with the Airport Index
  • Flight No. – flight number of the respective airline
  • Date – a date of the flight
  • Pax – the number of passengers on the flight according to the check-in data
  • ADT – the number of adult passengers on the flight according to the check-in data
  • CHD – the number of children on the flight according to the check-in data
  • INF – the number of infants on the flight according to the check-in data
  • Carry-on WT. – carry-on weight on the flight according to the check-in data
  • CK. Baggage (PCS/WT) – number of pieces and weight of the checked baggage according to the check-in data
  • EXC. WT. – excess baggage weight on the flight according to the check-in data.

General Report

The description of report fields:

  • A/L Designator – airline designator in accordance with the Airline Index
  • Flights – number of flights of the selected company in the specified period
  • Pax – the number of checked-in passengers for the flights of the specified airline in the indicated period.

Detailed Report

The description of report fields:

  • A/L Designator – airline designator in accordance with the Airline Index
  • A/P Code – airport code in accordance with the Airport Index
  • Flights – number of flights of the selected company in the specified period
  • Pax – the number of passengers checked-in for the flights of the specified airline in the indicated period.

Report on Transfer Passengers

This report contains the information about the transfer passengers. The main condition for obtaining statistical reports on the transfer is the possibility to make a through check-in of the baggage. This possibility to be set in the Administration Module, in the Transfer Baggage Check-In Table.

The description of report fields:

  • A/L Designator – airline designator in accordance with the Airline Index
  • A/P Code – airport code in accordance with the Airport Index
  • Flight No. – flight number of the respective airline for which the through check-in was made
  • Date – a date of the flight
  • Pax – the number of transfer passengers on the flight according to the check-in data
  • ADT – the number of adult transfer passengers on the flight according to the check-in data
  • CHD – the number of transfer children on the flight according to the check-in data
  • INF – the number of transfer infants on the flight according to the check-in data
  • Carry-on WT. – transfer carry-on baggage weight on the flight according to the checkin data
  • CK. Baggage (PCS/WT) – number of pieces and weight of the checked transfer baggage according to the check-in data
  • EXC. WT. – transfer excess baggage weight on the flight according to the check-in data.

Examples of Obtaining Statistical Reports

1. Only an airline designator is specified in the statistical request.

Result: the report will contain all flights of the specified airline for the indicated period.

2. An airline designator and an airport code are specified in the statistical request.

Result: the report will contain all flights of the specified airline performed from the specified airport.

3. Only an airport code is specified in the statistical request.

Result: the report will contain all flights performed from the airport Vnukovo in the specified period.
